Tom Sigmund, Executive Director Biography The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) is looking to approve new revisions to three administrative rules to control phosphorus discharges to waters of the state. The informational sheets below explain what phosphorus is, why control it, who is going to be affected by the new rule revisions, and what the costs are to reduce phosphorus. WDNR will be accepting comments from the public at a hearing on Tuesday, April 20 at 1 p.m. at City Hall in Green Bay.
